The staff at lunch today went above and beyond to take care of customers. Shelia treated me like a guest in her own home. Remembered my name, was prompt and attentive and corrected a mistake in my order with the best attitude.
Whitney was extremely kind and personable. The whole staff was quick and efficient and I appreciated the kindness and friendliness shown by them!
Although not having a real lobby is an inconvenience, the lady who worked the front counter was full of energy and treated us well. She was well organized with the orders as she managed walk in customers like myself and all of the delivery apps effortlessly
Spoke with Kim & Sylvia at this location. We were in need of lunch pickup for 14 people and had not called the order in. Kim the catering mgr and Sylvia ( front counter) were super supportive, friendly and accommodated our order in a timely fashion! It definitely felt like they appreciated our business and offered us something to drink while we waited! Both Sylvia & Kim went the extra mile! Thank you!
The people who work here are so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. They take excellent care of everyone and the food is always amazing! I haven’t been a fan of Panera for a while because of the higher prices and lower quality food but I started coming here because it’s close to my work and I have not been disappointed!
